Chirpy Cheeks Nappy Store aims to give you the highest possible satisfaction rating. We do this by giving you the assurance that we would send your orders as soon as we receive a confirmation of your payment. 

We are currently using Pass the Parcel courier and NZ Post upon request. We are also investigating the possibility of using eco-friendly packaging to support our vision of someday eradicating the use of single-use plastic in our everyday lives. 

 Cost of courier:

$4.95 for Small PTP Courier bag (fits 1-3 cloth nappies)

$6.50 for Medium PTP Courier bag (fits 4-7 cloth nappies)

$8.25 for Large PTP Courier bag (fits 8-12 cloth nappies)

NO Extra Charge for Rural.

We ship to Australia and beyond using NZ Postshop. This is untracked and postage is usually around $15-$25 depending on the weight of the parcel. Please send us a message to determine if you want to avail of the $18 flat rate or if you want us to determine exact fees (could take an extra day to send).

*We provide FREE courier for bulk wetbag orders (40pcs) to support ECE Centres in their use of reusable wetbags to prepare for the ban of using single-use plastic bags in NZ
